The Auto coner energy saving system is designed to function efficiently with all makes of Autoconers. The speed of the suction motor is varied with respect to the number of cuts enough to feed the machine with the required negative pressure. Without Access2000 the suction motor runs at a constant maximum speed. The Power consumption is constant.

With Access2000 the speed of the suction motor is increased or decreased depending upon the negative pressure requirement. Hence, Power Saving.

Torque Response

Torque response of the energy saver is very much important. It is a major influencing factor to decide the drive suitability for Auto coner application. If the drive torque response is slow then the suction motor will not respond with the Negative Pressure Demand.

Direct Torque Control is a revolutionary motor control technology that allows accurate control of both speed and torque. DTC accurately controls motor speed and torque all the way down to zero speed, without pulse encoder feedback from the motor shaft.
