Description

The electronic length counter ELC-2 is a micro computer based instyrument designed to produce correct length packages in all the drums of cheese winders & cone winders and similar applications. The production data can be printed in a parallel printer directly or can be taken to a compuetr and stored for fetailed analysis.

Apart from producing correct length packages, ELC-2 enhances the productivity to a considerable extant.

Settinga are very simple in ELC-2 with all programmable parameters (viz. length, input ratio, slippage & weight constants) accessed through a bright 8 digit LED display and numeric key pad.

Individual Drum Length Setting

All drums can be set individually to run different lengths. So different counts can be run simultaneously.

Optional Computer Interface

All the individual ELC-2 units can be connected to a centralised computer. The length setting for all the ELC-2 units can be done from the computer. The prodcution details can be accessed and stored in the computer for analysis.
