Moreind's manufacturing facilities are quite comprehensive. The machining facility is equipped with CNC Vertical Machinery Centers and CNC turning centres augmented by conventional machines. Machine castings can be done to the tune of 800kgs.
The Vertical Machining Centers are top-of-the-line with 8 station turret in fourth axis. Apart from that, the facilities also include conventional lathes, milling , drilling machines & 60 ton ton power press for broaching.
Composition tested grey and SG iron castings are sourced through
tie-ups with leading foundries.
Facilities
have also been set up for the testing and assembly of components.
Buffing/Polishing, Zinc phosphating (7 tank process) & painting are done inhouse.
